Refund Policy

1Program Enrolments

When a student enrols in an AKademy38 program, educational resources, planning and class arrangements are prepared based on the enrolment.

Refund eligibility depends on:

• • Timing of the refund request
• • Whether the program has already commenced
• • Resources or services already provided

2Refund Requests Before Program Commencement

If a refund request is submitted before the commencement of a term or program, AKademy38 will review the request based on:

• • Administrative preparation completed
• • Learning resources already allocated or printed
• • Associated processing costs

Eligible refunds may be processed after consideration of these preparation factors.

3Refund Requests After Program Commencement

Once a program has commenced, refunds may be limited as educational services, resources, mentor allocations and class preparation may already have been provided.

Each request will be reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis.
